These first two shots are the back half of the winery building
which is obviously in dire need of repair.

|
|
|
 |
Each side is close to 1500 square feet of area. Question marks for
me are how to handle the roof vent (reuse or replace) and how to handle
the angle. Sheathing will be replaced where needed. Rafters still look
ok from underneath.... we'll wait for final decision when the shingles
are off.

A look at how bad it's worn close up.

Another look at the buckling.

This front section will be the final phase of the reroofing project.
Then comes the new porch which will extend to the left edge of this picture, along
with an extended porch roof (different material?!)

I'd like to raise this center section, which covers the wine cellar,
by another complete story and have it all open from ground to roof.

This is the opposite side of the same "cellar" roof pictured above. I hope to
do a better job at joining the two roofs.

 |
Another shot of the cellar roof taken from above. The "crusher"
stand to the right will come out and the roof will extend over the air
conditioner unit. |
